Need help on wax for wax play

I am trying to shake things up and make life more exciting with wax play, and I was like "Why not? I have a candle business anyway." I might even help a lot of people (and a lot more) if you know what I mean.

Currently, I am in need of advice about what to use for the wax. I did some research on wax for wax play but it is really "basic," I suppose for my taste because it should be uncolored and unscented and using only soy wax due to the low melting point. I know that if I put more components onto soy wax to add colors and pizazz, it would raise the melting point. I'm worried if it's not going to be safe for the skin.

if any one has done wax play candles before, do you think I can be able to make this shape using soy wax? Can you recommend something I want to make it look marbled or whatever so there's variation on the skin when melted.

i would probably go with soy-parrafin mix since it gives great durability and the details are holding better with this combo. for the marble effect you can use solid and melted wax dye and swirl them together while pouring. wouldn't recommend beeswax since its a bit trickier to color. hope this helps

soy wax is safest for wax play due to its low melt point. You can get creative with colors and marbling, but be careful, most additives raise the temp and could irritate skin, try skin-safe mica powders and test everything first.
As for shapes, soy can work but might need a touch of beeswax or a firmer blend to hold form, just test temps again since that can bump up the melt point. Marbling is doable, swirl two colors just before it sets.

I agree, you can try NatureWax C5503. It's been my go to for a while now.
