How perfect is perfect?

I've tried a few methods and recipes for candles and they all come out not so perfect. I know I'm not a machine, but am I overthinking this? Is there a charm in the less perfect candles?

Oh, I totally get it! When I first started making candles, mine weren't exactly flawless either. It's totally normal to find little things like cracks or uneven surfaces here and there. But you know what? Those quirks are what make handmade candles so special! So don't sweat it too much, just enjoy the journey and keep trying new things. You'll get there

Thanks for the support. I know I'll get better after a while, but I didn't want the first ones to come out terrible, despite everyone around me saying that they're excellent

What @WaxAndWick is true! Many people actually prefer the less-than-perfect because of its artisanal charm, something you don't get with mass-produced items!

But if it really bothers you, you can try breaking them down and use the wax for tarts or melts, or even as fire starters! This way, you're still creating something beautiful!
